Super EKA-300 Bread Improver

It is a bread improver in powder form, developed for the production of all kinds of baguettes and white bread. It is a blend of ingredients that activate and gluten and help produce gas which assists and improves the processes of dough kneading and fermentation. They are used more often in grain mixes of breads with addition of fruit, seeds or nuts to a loaf to give strength and volume.
